Your 8 Days Luxury Uganda Gorilla Habituation and Chimpanzee Safari begins with pickup in Entebbe and assistance for your domestic flight to Kasese Airstrip. This flight reduces the long road journey and gives the safari a smooth luxury start.
On arrival at Kasese Airstrip, you will be welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred by private 4x4 vehicle to the Kibale region. You will check in at Kyaninga Lodge, a beautiful luxury lodge near Kibale Forest National Park, where you will relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before your chimpanzee trekking experience.

After breakfast at Kyaninga Lodge, your guide will transfer you to Kibale Forest National Park for chimpanzee trekking. You will attend a briefing by the park guides before entering the forest in search of chimpanzees.
Kibale Forest is one of Uganda’s best chimpanzee trekking destinations, known for its rich primate population and beautiful tropical forest. Once the chimpanzees are found, you will spend time observing them as they feed, move, call and interact in their natural habitat. After the trek, you will return to Kyaninga Lodge for lunch and a relaxed afternoon.

After breakfast, you will check out and begin the scenic drive from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The journey takes you through western Uganda’s beautiful crater lake scenery, countryside views, tea plantations and rolling landscapes.
On arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will check in at Elephant Plains Lodge. The lodge offers a luxury setting with beautiful views and easy access to the park’s main wildlife areas. The rest of the day is for relaxation as you prepare for your wildlife safari experience the next day.

After an early breakfast at Elephant Plains Lodge, you will head out for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. The game drive gives you a chance to search for wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, antelopes, warthogs and different bird species.
You will return to the lodge for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a Kazinga Channel boat safari, one of the best wildlife experiences in Queen Elizabeth National Park. The boat safari offers excellent chances to see hippos, crocodiles, water birds and animals coming to the channel to drink.
